Copy and Paste Window Settings

Use the Copy Window Settings and Paste Window Settings options to copy window parameter settings from one window to another window. In addition to saving time, this allows you to compare different seismic lines at the same time range, scale, gain, etc. or maps at the same x- and y- coordinates, map elements, etc.

Copy settings from map windows

  1. Open the Map window you want to copy the settings from.
  2. From the Map menu bar, select Display | Copy Map Window Settings (or press<Shift> + <V> on your keyboard).
  3. Open the Map window you want to copy the settings to.
  4. From the Map menu bar, select Display | Paste Map Window Settings (or press<Ctrl> + <V> on your keyboard). Parameter settings will be copied from the first window to the second.
