How to open the plot point components dialog box

  1. From the Map Menu bar, select Plotting | Print Scaled Window Plot or Plotting | Print Scaled Template Plot to open the Print to Windows Device dialog box.
  2. Click the <...> button beside Edit or View Detailed Plot Settings to open the Detailed Plot Options dialog box.
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. In the Point Components section, click <Edit>.

Use the Plot: Point Components dialog box to control which point features WinPICS will draw on your map plots.

Select the check box for each group of seismic you want drawn on the plot, and clear the check box for those elements you do not want to include. If you want to select specific elements, click the <+> sign to the left of any element group to expand the list. Select or clear the check boxes accordingly.
