Saving
Wavelet
You can save wavelets/operators used in the wavelet matching / transfer function. After you have applied your wavelet
and are satisfied with its effect on the seismic, click <OK> in the Wavelet Matching/Transfer
Function dialog box. A window will open containing five options:
- Save tie parameters
and process this version on the fly - Applies corrections on the
fly and does not process a new seismic version.
- Process <seismic
line> to a new version and save tie parameters – Applies the
wavelet to the active
seismic line and saves it to a file.
- Process multi
2D lines and/or 3D areas and save tie parameters – Applies the
wavelet to selected 2D lines or 3D areas and it to a file. When you click
on this option, the window will expand. Select 3D areas in the first column
by highlighting the 3D area name. Select 2D lines in the second column
by highlighting the 2D line names.
- Save tie parameters
only (do not process data) – Does not apply corrections, but saves
the wavelet to a file.
- Revert the data
to its original version and disregard the operation and the tie parameters.
Select one of these options and then enter a filename for the filter
parameters under Output Filename for
Filter Parameters.
