Use this toolbar, found on the bottom of all tickets, to scroll through the results (view other tickets) in the selected result set.
The drop down list contains the results from a previous successful search, and all the names in this list match those you will find on the Result List tab.
Next to the drop down list are navigation buttons that correspond (left-to-right) to <View First>, <View Previous>, <View Next>, and <View Last>. Use these buttons to move from record to record in the list.
