You have the following options:
Button | Description |
---|---|
Select Grid section |
Double click on T[x] or A[x] to enter time and amplitude grids, respectively, as variables in the equation. Read more |
Gridding Geometry section | This box gives you the grid geometry statistics (origin coordinates, grid spacing, grid lines, and grid orientation) for the selected grid geometry. Click on the down arrow to select another grid geometry file. All horizons listed under Select Horizons in the upper left-hand corner are associated with the selected grid geometry file. Select a new grid geometry file to see additional horizons. Remember that all grids used in an equation must have the same grid geometry. |
Target Grid (New) list | Grid math calculations are made on the target grid. Read more |
Number Pad section | Click on numbers or symbols in the number pad to enter them in the equation boxes. You can also enter numbers and symbols from your keyboard. |
<,> | Use a comma to separate variables in a function. |
<AC> | Clears the active equation. |
<C> | Clears one character to the left of the cursor in the active equation. |
Create New Horizon File list | Select Create New Horizon File to create a new horizon grid as defined by the equation box. Select Report Statistics Only to get a summary report of the calculation statistics without creating a new grid. Statistics will appear in the Message box area. |
Time Unit in Math list | Set the time unit of constants in the equation to be us (microseconds), ms (milliseconds), or seconds.
|
Message section | Helpful hints, statistics on completed calculations, and error messages appear here. |
Grid Math Equations | Read more to find out how to set up grid math equations. |
<Execute> | Click on <Execute> to begin your calculations. Statistics will appear in the Message area when the calculations are complete. Click <Done> when you have viewed statistics. |
<Cancel> | Click <Cancel> to exit window and discard any changes you have made. |
