Color interpolation reduces abrupt color changes on your map, resulting in a less blocky appearance.
On the Map Menu bar select Display Options | Color Interpolation then Fast 2x2 Bin (<Ctrl> + <b>) or Nearest Pixel (<Ctrl> + <i>).
Fast 2X2 Bin is a quick color interpolation function for 3D seismic and gridded data only. It averages the values of two neighboring bins or grid nodes in all directions. This data smoothing operation is applied in addition to any other smoothing you have applied.
Nearest Pixel smoothes the colors on your map to the limit of the screen display capabilities. When this feature is disabled colors are assigned to your map based on 2D shotpoint spacing, 3D bin size, or gridded data node spacing.
