Posting Interpretation on Slices

Posting Horizon and Fault Intersections on Slices

1. On the Layer Manager bar, click the Horizons tab.
2. Right-click on the horizon or fault folder and select Properties from the shortcut menu.
3. In the Edit Properties dialog box select the Slice check box for each horizon or fault intersection you want to post.
4. Click <Close>.

• You can change the appearance of the intersections by double clicking on the slice symbol until the desired symbol is displayed.)

If you still can not see horizon and fault intersections on your slices, open the Edit Map Draw Order dialog box and make sure Slice Contacts is selected. (This is the default setting.)

Posting Fault Contact Points on Slices

To display fault contact points on your slice, select 3D Contact Points and 2D Contact Points in the Edit Map Draw Order dialog box. (This is not the default setting.)
