Core Header
The Core
Analysis tab's header information contains the following information
for each core:
- You can only view one core's header information at a time.
Core Identification
The following information helps you to identify the core.

- Select the well with the core information you want to see.
- Core
Analysis - Select which core analysis report you want to see. Look
to the right of this list to see the total number of cores for the selected
well.
- Core
Lab Code - The name of the laboratory that performed the well analysis.
Core Details
The following information gives you details about the core.

Elevation - The height from the ground to the drill's kelly bushing.
- Depths
- The depth at which the core was extracted.
- Length
- The length of the core.
- Calc
Recovery - The percentage of the core that remained intact from
the recovery.
- Cored
Formation - The name of any formations included in the core sample.
Analysis Details
The following information gives you details about the core's analysis.
- Analysis
Date - The date of the analysis.
- Cut
Type - How the core sample was cut.
- Cut
Fluid - What fluid what used to cut the core sample (For example,
Water Based).
- Solvent
Used - The solvent used in the analysis process (For example, Toluene).
- Drying
Method - How the core sample was dried (For example, Gravity Oven).
- Extraction
Method - The method used to extract the core sample (For example,
Vapour Phase Extractor).
- Porosity
Method - How the lab determined the core's porosity.
- Permeability
Method - How the lab determined the core's permeability.
