After creating a new color set (New CSet) or modifying an existing one, save the color set using the Save CSet or Save As.. option.
Access these options by right clicking on a color palette in the map or seismic window and selecting Save CSet or Save As from the popup menu. Save CSet allows you to save the color set to the same name, while Save As allows you to specify a new name for the color set.
