Change the Default Gridding Filename

To make it easier to keep track of your grids, it is a good idea to give them a recognizable name. The default filename for horizon grids can be changed before gridding in the Create Horizon Grids window.

1. After double clicking on the box under the Do Gridding column, a default filename will appear in the ‘Gridding Horz Name’ column. Double click on this name. A dialog box will open.
2. Enter a new filename for the horizon grid. Spaces and special characters are not allowed. Use an underscore as a separator.
3. Click <OK> to exit and save changes or click <Cancel> to exit without saving changes. The new name will now appear in the Gridding Horz Name column.
