You may wish to use the geometry settings from a previous gridding operation. Geometry files are automatically saved each time you execute a grid. The default filename for geometry files indicate the type of data it was first used with to create a grid and an increment number. For an example Grid_Time.1.
You may want to reuse the grid geometry for several maps and for different data sets. Therefore you may find it convenient to change the default name to a more meaningful name. See: Changing Grid Geometry Filename.
To select a different geometry file, click on the down arrow next to the gridding file name to display a list of previously created geometry files.
