Use the seismic gain function to increase or decrease the seismic gain for display purposes. When you close the seismic window, these settings are lost.
From the seismic toolbar, or the Display | Seismic Gain menu, select:

From the Seismic menu bar, select Display | Seismic Gain, and then either Wiggle, Color, or Wiggle and Color to open the Seismic Display Options dialog box, where you can adjust the seismic gain in your display.
