Display Options

You can customize how seismic displays in the Seismic window. You can also copy and paste parameters from other windows, and toggle side labels and other elements on and off. To change the seismic display options, on the Seismic menu bar select Display | Display Options.

Copy Parameters

<Ctrl> + <Insert>

Copies current window parameters.

 

Paste Parameters

<Shift> + <Insert>

Apply's copied window parameters.

Toggle Left Label

<Ctrl> + <l>

Turns the left label on / off.

Toggle Right Label

<Ctrl> + <r>

Turns the right label on / off.

Toggle Top Label

<Ctrl> + <t>

Turns the top label on / off.

Toggle Bottom Label

<Ctrl> + <b>

Turns the bottom label on / off.

Toggle Color Palette

<Ctrl> + <p>

Turns the color palette on or off. The color palette can only be turned on when you are using a color display mode. Right click on the color palette to open a popup menu with options for editing the color sets.

Toggle Timing Lines

<Ctrl> + <m>

Turns timing lines on or off. Lines are drawn horizontally across the seismic section at a defined time interval.

Toggle Horizon Annotations

<Ctrl> + <h>

Turns horizon labels on / off.

Toggle Scroll Bars

<Ctrl> + <s>

Turns scroll bars on / off.

Toggle Borehole Overlays

<Shift + <b>

Turns borehole overlays on / off.

Toggle Vertical Sticks

 

Turns vertical sticks on or off. A vertical stick is a  line from a well spot, 2D intersection, or well intersection through the section.
